Our experience with the FCL adoption agency, from our first information session right through to boarding our flight with Patrick in Moscow, was absolutely wonderful. We had support every step of the way and felt very comfortable asking any question that came to mind. The staff in Lowell, agency translators and the "ground crew" in St. Petersburg were all exceptional! We loved the fact that the FCL is small with no pressure yet everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. During the home study, paperwork, waiting period, and finally the wonderful referral of our son, we always felt like a part of the FCL family.
