We have worked with China since China opened for adoptions. Paperwork is sent to the Adoption Center in Beijing, and Beijing sends assignments of children from anywhere in China.
Couples have to be 30 years old or older. Anyone over 50 probably is assigned an older child.
The wait is 18 months generally from the time that Beijing gets your paperwork.
The trip is 2 weeks.
Generally, individual or small groups of families travel together. Translators and guides are provided to assist you.
